Pelatihan Pembuatan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Canva bagi Guru SMA Negeri 5 Takalar

Abstrak

Pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Canca bagi guru SMA Negeri 5 Takalar dilaksanakan untuk menjawab rendahnya literasi teknologi guru, yakni hanya sekitar 10% dari 71 guru yang memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang pentingnya teknologi pembelajaran serta keterampilan teknis dalam merancang media digital yang kreatif dan interaktif. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu pengenalan fitur Canva, demonstrasi pembuatan media, dan praktik mandiri dengan pendampingan intensif. Keberhasilan pelatihan ditunjukkan oleh 100% guru dari 17 guru sebagai peserta berhasil menyelesaikan media pembelajaran digital; seluruh karya mendapat skor baik hingga sangat baik (26—30); terdapat peningkatan 85—95% dalam pemahaman fitur desain digital; guru mampu menghasilkan media dengan kriteria desain pedagogis yang baik; dan tingkat antusiasme dan partisipasi guru sangat tinggi sepanjang pelatihan. Selain keterampilan teknis, kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan kepercayaan diri digital dan kesiapan guru untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap penguatan kompetensi abad ke-21 dan menjadi solusi terhadap rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 5 Takalar.
